We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Topflight Outdoors. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (like your order confirmation)

Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at Shoptopflightoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Bank or credit card processing times may vary
