Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Topflight Outdoors! We’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Topflight Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at SHOPTOPFLIGHTOUTDOORS@GMAIL.COM, and we’ll help investigate.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Double-check your shipping address.
Check with neighbors or others in your household.
Wait 24–48 hours (in case of premature delivery scans).
If it’s still missing, contact us at SHOPTOPFLIGHTOUTDOORS@GMAIL.COM. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP—we may be able to update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

9. PREORDER POLICY
Thank you for supporting our brand! Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders, meaning they are produced after your purchase is placed.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes manufacturing, quality checks, and packaging before the item leaves our facility.
Please note that all delivery estimates are subject to change due to production schedules, supply availability, or shipping carrier delays.
Order Processing
• Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed to secure your item.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
• If production delays exceed the stated timeframe, we will notify you with updated information and available options.
Sizing & Changes
Please double-check sizing, shipping address, and product details before placing your pre-order. Changes may not be possible once production begins.
